The project focuses on the renovation of the first floor of the Castle, blending historical tradition with contemporary design to create functional and inviting spaces. The color palette and material choices are inspired by the surrounding landscape, featuring soft shades of white, green, and beige, elegantly complemented by natural elements such as wood and marble.
The interiors have been redesigned to prioritize comfort. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, while the central island kitchen offers stunning views of the pool and park. The layout is completed by a laundry room and a sleek glass passage that gracefully connects the living and sleeping areas.
While preserving the Castle’s historic identity, the project incorporates modern solutions that enhance functionality and well-being, achieving a perfect balance between the past and the present.
In addition to the Castle renovation, the project also includes the redevelopment of the garden, designed to balance aesthetics and practicality. This includes expanding the existing annex with a 200 meter metal structure, which defines two distinct areas: a parking space and a living area with an open kitchen and lounge.
A light beige steel canopy, equipped with a bioclimatic pergola and sliding glass doors, ensures a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The use of Istrian yellow marble flooring and renovated planters adds an elegant touch to the environment.
Integrated lighting and careful attention to materials and furnishings complete the project, transforming the garden into an ideal setting for relaxation, events, and social gathering all in perfect harmony with the historic and natural surroundings.
